Lorraine saved the day when I entered the shop with 2 weeks to go before my wedding! I had changed my mind on what I was wearing and needed something different, fast. She took me in hand, found me a wonderful dress that suited me in all the ways it needed to, and took ownership of getting it altered, cleaned and ironed ready for my day.
